I believe in the power of communication. I want every person that I work with to feel heard, understood, and validated. I truly enjoy getting to know each person and where they come from. From their childhood to where they are today. To help guide everyone down the paths they want to explore with support and understanding. My therapy is one that takes a compassionate, understanding, and nonjudgmental approach. I use a number of different modalities to fit the person and where they are in that moment. Some of those modalities include Brain Spotting, CBT, DBT, music therapy, and narrative therapy. I truly enjoy DBT for everyone. I think it's a great way to learn solutions for all issues that might arise in your life or from trauma. Brain spotting has become my true passion in the field of therapy. To be able to target specific spots in the brain that we hold our trauma and work through together to achieve better mental health, is one of the most rewarding experiences in my practice.
